A workbook that with guides, templates and checklists for you to keep and refer back to
Depending on the programme you choose, there will be a little bit of homework after each session but just to keep your thinking caps on
Once the programme is complete, you’ll still be supported with a follow up call with Sarah to track how your planning is going and ask for any further advice

At the end of the programmes you’ll feel:
