Welcome to our 1:1 Mentoring Services

As a business owner sometimes you struggle to find the time and headspace to stand back and really look at where your business is going and how best to Market it to your customers.

You’re on social media all the time, you spend hours trawling through “free” information and webinars but then struggle to find how to relate and apply it to your business.

You’re stuck and not sure which direction to go next.

Our 1:1 Marketing Mentoring programme will be be-spoke to you and your business. 

Working together during our sessions we will build the foundations of Marketing by

  • Reviewing how you currently market your business and where you stand in the marketplace versus your competition.
  • Identifying what makes you unique and how your product or service helps your customers.
  • Look at your brand, what it stands for and how you position your brand across touchpoints
  • Working through who your ideal customer is, their needs, their missions and how you can help
  • Build a strategy based on our findings and identify the right channels to focus on
  • Create a Marketing plan to bring these pieces together that fits with your future plans, skills, time and budget as you manage the on-going marketing yourself.

How the sessions work

This is a 6-week programme

10 hours of individual 1:1 mentoring, be-spoke for your business 

Online zoom using screen share to set up supported by downloadable worksheets sent prior to each session so we can work on together.

If you live close to Milton Keynes, these sessions can be run face to face if you prefer.

At the end of the programme, you will have:

A clear understanding of your product or service offer and how that fits with your brand.

A strategy which has identified the areas of opportunity and how you reach and communicate to your customers.

An outline Marketing Plan for the next 6 months packed full of ideas and content for you to develop focusing on the channels with the most potential.
